What an amazing service. After the radio went out on my 1996 M3 I sent it in and called about what was wrong. They fixed the motherboard and I had it back by the weekend. Great communication too!

Tomas is an awesome guy who stands by his products. I was unable to use the part he sent because my part turned out to be good as well. Tomas is taking it back and giving me a refund. He spoke with the mechanic fixing my car for a long time. Trouble shooting over the phone what the problem might be!!. I sent a display unit out to be repaired and when I received it back all it did was smoke a little and blow a fuse in the trunk. I sent the unit back for repairs and the unit was repaired without complaint or hassle. Great service and a hand written note detailing what had failed on the first repair. I would not hesitate using this company again.
