BMW HVAC Display Heater Control Repair, Restoration Service E38

This restoration/repair service primarily involves replacing the LCD ribbon cables to both small LCD's that display the set temperature. Over time, this weak point can cause missing or faded pixels on the information display.

 Repairs include:

• Two New Ribbon Cables
• Repairing the front button PCB if buttons don't respond 
  
• Detailing and cleaning of face, buttons.

Special Considerations

• The fan adjustment turn dial has indents when it reaches max, middle, and off positions. Sometimes that will no longer work and it will spin freely. This issue unfortunately cannot be resolved unless a second core unit is supplied to pull those good dial parts from.
